SEND first, not an add-on
What helps a pupil with additional needs makes learning clearer for everyone.
Teachers lose hours every week making resources. Lessonsmith gives that time back: lesson plans, slides, worksheets, quizzes, SEND adaptations and CPD, matched to your curriculum and ready in minutes.
Classroom teachers, SENCOs and school leaders test, challenge and shape everything we make. If it doesn't work on a busy Tuesday morning, it doesn't ship.
What helps a pupil with additional needs makes learning clearer for everyone.
Every lesson follows EEF teaching principles, in one clear, predictable structure.
AI Labs and coding experiments pupils love, with no pupil logins and no pupil data.
Hosted in the EU under UK and EU data protection law, with safeguarding built in.
Founder and Director, Lessonsmith Ltd
ORCID 0009-0004-0800-1646 ↗Syed brings over 18 years of professional experience, as a teacher, senior leader and entrepreneur. He founded Lessonsmith while still teaching. Before teaching, he built Android apps, including one with 10,000+ downloads, so Lessonsmith is built by someone who both teaches and codes.
Since March 2018 he has run an online community for KS3 teachers. He's now studying for an MA in SEND and Inclusive Education, and speaks Urdu, Hindi, Farsi and English.
"Teachers don't need more tools. They need the right ones, built by people who understand the job."
